Save the Pumpkins "The Night Before"
Vendor Show & Race Packet Pickup

Friday, October 23, 2026 4 PM to 7PM
The Hitching Post - 440 Grand Ave, Burwell, NE

Race participants will be able to pick up their race packets on the Friday night before the race. Participants will be able to sip, shop, and browse "The Night Before". ONLY Save the Pumpkins Sponsors will be able to have a booth at the Vendor Show.

Save the Pumpkin Sponsors will be provided:

• 10' x 10' space
• 8' table
• Electricity is limited, but can be provided. Must bring your own extension cords & power strip. 
• Vendor Booths are first come, first serve. 
• Sponsorship forms must be returned by: October 1, 2026​
• Booth set up will be available 10 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. on October 23rd.​​​
