FIFTH ANNUAL
CALAMUS AREA PUTT-A-ROUND

Local bars and restaurants will host one miniature golf hole each. Teams of five play a round of mini-golf by going from place to place to putt. All team members must be over 21 except the designated driver (DD). Each team must have a DD. Teams will have a starting hole and then proceed from business to business until they complete their round.
* Each team member must wear provided t-shirts throughout the event.
Purpose of this Event:
1) Provide a fun, community event supporting our local businesses
2) Raise funds for a local “4 The Cure” Non-Profit Organization

- 1st - $400 (plus free entry next year)
- 2nd - $300
- 3rd - $200
- DD low score - $75
- Individual low score - $75
Team Entry Fee:
- $200 – Includes a t-shirt for each player and pizza at the conclusion of the event!
